We’re on the lookout for a Senior Document Controller to join our team in Reading. If you’re a systems savvy Document Controller with experience in Construction, we’d love to hear from you!
About the role
- Setting up and maintaining our document control systems.
- Keeping things on track by helping to organise and distribute documents to the right people at the right time.
- Supporting workflows by ensuring comments and approvals are tracked, and project deadlines are met.
- Providing support to both internal and external project users when they need help with the document control system.
- Resolving queries related to drawings and documents.
- Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and third parties to ensure consistency in document control processes.
About you:
- Minimum of 4 years Document Control experience in the construction sector
- A genuine interest in construction and document management systems & processes
- Comfortable using multiple systems like Procore, Aconex, Conject, or 4Projects.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (you may need to visit project sites).
