MiCiM is growing and we are looking for a proactive and values-driven Project Lead to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects and shape the future of our mission critical delivery.
As a Project Lead at MiCiM, you set the tone, build the team culture, drive programme clarity, and ensure that safety, quality, and client satisfaction remain at the highest level.
About the role:
Project Leadership & Reporting
- Own and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Produce clear, professional monthly client reports.
- Set and communicate the delivery strategy across the team.
- Manage project risks, issues, and monthly updates to directors.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure regular, thorough site inspections.
- Lead the project’s quality and safety standards.
- Maintain proper resourcing for safe and compliant delivery.
- Uphold MiCiM’s ISO processes and best-practice standards.
People, Clients & Culture
- Build a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Develop strong client relationships and represent MiCiM professionally.
- Make strategic decisions to reduce risk, cost, and delays.
- Champion MiCiM’s core values in all interactions.
- Provide hands-on construction leadership and ensure accurate programme updates.
- Monitor project cost expenditure and support staff development.
- Resolve challenges and inspire the team with a positive, energetic attitude.
