About the role:

Project Leadership & Reporting

• Own and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Produce clear, professional monthly client reports.
• Set and communicate the delivery strategy across the team.
• Manage project risks, issues, and monthly updates to directors.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure regular, thorough site inspections.
• Lead the project’s quality and safety standards.
• Maintain proper resourcing for safe and compliant delivery.
• Uphold MiCiM’s ISO processes and best-practice standards.

People, Clients & Culture

• Build a positive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Develop strong client relationships and represent MiCiM professionally.
• Make strategic decisions to reduce risk, cost, and delays.
• Champion MiCiM’s core values in all interactions.
• Provide hands-on construction leadership and ensure accurate programme updates.
• Monitor project cost expenditure and support staff development.
• Resolve challenges and inspire the team with a positive, energetic attitude.
