Logistics supervisor – construction

This is a practical, hands‑on role that is central to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of people, materials, and resources on a busy construction site.

Responsibilities:

Reporting in to the Logistics Manager, you will support the project’s logistics function and ensure daily coordination of:

  • Movement of people, materials, and waste across the construction site.
  • Setup and maintenance of safety, access control, and welfare facilities.
  • Coordination of deliveries, lifting operations, and waste‑management activities.
  • Accurate record‑keeping and reporting to meet project documentation requirements.
  • Close collaboration with tradespeople, subcontractors, and project teams to minimise disruption and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in construction logistics, site operations, resource coordination, or safety‑related tasks.
  • Communicates clearly and works in a structured, organised way.
  • Shows initiative, is self‑driven, and performs well under pressure.
  • Aligns with MiCiM’s values and contributes to a safe, efficient construction site.
