Graduate MEP Manager

Are you ready to kick-start your career in Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) engineering? We are looking for a Graduate MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects.

As a Graduate MEP Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers and technical teams, gaining hands-on experience in managing complex building services packages from procurement through to commissioning and handover.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the project manager in the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and external stakeholders to manage design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Monitor quality, health & safety, and compliance across site activities.
  • Assist in producing reports, maintaining registers, and managing project documentation.
  • Take ownership of programme tracking, risk management, and technical reviews.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence to take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and health & safety standards is a plus.
