Salary: £27,000 – £35,000
Are you organised, proactive, and ready to take on a role that’s never boring? MiCiM is looking for a Finance & Fleet Assistant to join our busy team. This is a unique opportunity to combine financial administration with hands-on fleet management, supporting our operations across the UK and Europe.
About the role:
Finance Support
- Accurately code and process supplier invoices
- Reconcile and process employee expenses
- Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve invoice queries
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Manage purchasing and create purchase orders
- Generate invoices and assist with credit control
Fleet Management
- Maintain MOT and tax records for company vehicles
- Update tracking information and ensure vehicles are serviced
- Deliver and collect fleet vehicles (including occasional European travel)
- Arrange repairs, upgrades, and hire cars for staff
- Support Directors and PMO with ad hoc logistics and deliveries
About you:
- A quick learner who can think on their feet and get things moving
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clean UK driving licence
- EU/UK passport and willingness to travel (including some overnight stays)
