As Country Manager, you will be at the forefront of MiCiM Italia’s operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while driving strategic growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in building strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the country’s business strategy in alignment with the MiCiM Group’s overall objectives.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities, new clients, and business development prospects within the data centre sector.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost management initiatives.
- Ensure project execution aligns with MiCiM’s quality and safety standards, championing best practices across all sites.
- Represent MiCiM Italia to key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders, building strong professional relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in the construction or engineering industry, ideally within the data centre sector.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and maximise business opportunities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster client relationships and team collaboration.
- Deep understanding of construction quality, safety standards, and project management methodologies.
- Ability to inspire and drive a team towards operational excellence and growth.
