MiCiM launches DEI strategy to establish industry leadership

At MiCiM, we recognise that our strength lies in our employees’ diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. However, we recognise that women and individuals from diverse backgrounds are underrepresented in the engineering and construction sectors compared to other industries.

The event will be held at the Messe Zürich venue. Organised in partnership with the Swiss Data Center Association, the show aims to cover the full spectrum of data center disciplines from design and build to colocation and cloud options for end users. As well as a conference, the event promises an expo environment with hands-on technology demonstrations. The agenda includes big topics like AI and sustainability and features 60+ speakers.
